In the Elevator Regulation published in the Official Gazette, the subject is stated as follows:

Article 24 “Before each elevator is put into operation, a written agreement will be made with an elevator company that will be responsible for maintenance and repair in order to keep it under constant control. This company can generally be the company that installed the elevator or the maintenance company. However, during the warranty period, the maintenance company must be the same company that built the elevator.”

PROCEDURES TO BE DONE IN EVERY MAINTENANCE

– Cleaning the engine room,

– Machine / Engine cleaning and equipment tire control,

– Oil and bearing grease level control and cleaning,

– Checking and cleaning of motor contactors,

– Checking and cleaning the control panel,

– Checking and (if necessary) adjustment of engine brake setting,

– Checking the hinges, locks and plug contacts of the doors,
